1.Data controller & scope
The data controller is Dongguan Yuelong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (“YXY”, “we”, “us”), operating as YXY Electronics at yxydz.com. Registered address: Building 2, Dushi Valley, Fenggang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China (广东省东莞市凤岗镇都市慧谷2栋1201); Shenzhen office: 901, Huanan Development Center, Pinghu Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen (广东省深圳市龙岗区平湖街道华南发展中心901). Scope. This policy applies to yxydz.com, its landing pages (RJ45, M-Series circular M12–M25, Aviation push-pull, Starlink, Junction boxes), all inquiry and quotation forms, and email / WhatsApp / WeChat correspondence tied to B2B quotations. It does not govern third-party marketplaces (Alibaba, Amazon, AliExpress, DigiKey) once you leave our domain.
We operate strictly B2B — buyers, engineers and procurement teams. There is no customer-account system; no login is required to browse the catalog.
2.Data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to respond to your inquiry, issue a quotation / PI, engineer samples or arrange shipment.
A. Information you provide directly
- Inquiry form fields: name, company, work email (required), phone / WhatsApp (optional), country, project stage (concept / samples / validation / mass production), product interest (e.g. M16-5C, Starlink waterproof), message and specifications, plus drawings or links you choose to share.
- Order & logistics data (if you proceed): PI / PO details, ship-to address, VAT / tax ID, courier preference and communication history.
- Correspondence: emails to waheed@yxydz.com, WhatsApp / WeChat messages and call notes where you request a quote or NDA.
B. Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser / OS, device type, language, referrer, pages viewed and timestamps — kept for security and aggregate traffic analysis.
- Advertising attribution: when you arrive from a Google ad, the
gclid(andgbraid/wbraidwhere present) plus UTM parameters (utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term) are read from the URL and stored in first-party browser localStorage under_yxy_gclidwith a timestamp, for up to 90 days. On form submission they are injected into hidden fields (gclid,utm_*,page_url) so the inquiry can be attributed to the ad click. If there is no GCLID (organic / direct / referral), the fields are sent as “none” — nothing is fabricated. You can clear the value any time by clearing site data for yxydz.com. - Cookies & tags: Google Tag Manager (GTM) as the container, Google Analytics 4 measurement (
_ga,_ga_*) and Google Ads conversion tags, which fire on successful inquiry submission (generate_lead/conversion) with non-sensitive parameters only — no drawing contents or message bodies leave our server.

3.Why we use your data
- To respond and perform B2B services: acknowledge inquiries (within our 24-hour response window), prepare DFM feedback, issue stamped quotations / PIs (EXW Shenzhen, 30-day validity, bulk tiers), arrange samples, tooling and shipment.
- To measure advertising conversion: attribute a later inquiry to the Google Ads click that brought you here (via GCLID) so we invest in the campaigns and connector families that generate genuine B2B demand.
- To improve the site: understand which landing pages and product families are useful, fix navigation problems and keep technical content current.
- To comply with law and protect rights: tax / customs record-keeping, export-control compliance, fraud prevention (e.g. verifying payment-detail changes) and enforcing our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell personal data, do not use inquiry content to train public models, and make no automated decisions with legal effect from inquiry data.
4.Legal bases
Depending on your jurisdiction (PRC PIPL, EU/UK GDPR and equivalents), we process personal data on one or more of:
- Contract / pre-contract steps: handling your request for a quotation, DFM feedback or samples, and performing a PI / order.
- Legitimate interests: B2B inquiry management, landing-page optimisation, GCLID ad attribution within a 90-day first-party window, and fraud prevention — balanced against minimal collection.
- Consent: where required for non-essential cookies / measurement tags and for optional marketing follow-up. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Legal obligation: tax, customs and accounting retention of invoices and export declarations.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object as described in section 7.
5.Sharing & international transfers
We never sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run this site and serve your inquiry:
- Hosting & email infrastructure: this site and its mailboxes run on Hostinger hosting and email services, bound by Hostinger's data-processing terms.
- Google LLC: GTM, Google Ads and GA4 for measurement and conversion attribution, under Google's contractual safeguards (controller-processor terms / SCCs).
- Logistics: couriers and forwarders receive ship-to details for a shipment you ordered.
- Professional advisers: auditors, tax advisers and legal counsel under confidentiality.
- Compliance: where required by law, to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or to protect against fraud and misuse.
International transfers. YXY operates from the PRC (Dongguan / Shenzhen). If you contact us from the EEA, UK, Switzerland or elsewhere, your inquiry data is transferred to and processed in the PRC to prepare your quotation, with infrastructure data processed by Hostinger and Google under their transfer safeguards. Where GDPR-style safeguards are required, we rely on your pre-contract request (to receive a quotation) and our processors' SCCs.
6.Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Inquiries that do not convert to an order are pruned on a shorter cycle than production records.

Backups roll over on a fixed cycle. On a verified deletion request we delete primary copies and suppress the contact; residual backup copies age out per the cycle above.
7.Your rights & choices
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:
- Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you from your inquiries / orders.
- Correction — fix inaccurate company, email or phone details.
- Deletion — erase inquiry data we no longer need, subject to legal-retention exceptions.
- Restriction & objection — restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests, including B2B marketing.
- Portability — receive data you provided in a structured format where applicable.
- Withdraw consent — for non-essential cookies or optional marketing, at any time.
- Opt out of marketing — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or visit our unsubscribe page. We honour opt-outs within 10 business days and keep a suppression log.
How to exercise. Email waheed@yxydz.com with the subject “Privacy request”, including your work email, company, approximate inquiry date and what you want us to do. To prevent impersonation we may ask for a confirming reply from the address that submitted the inquiry. We respond within 30 days, with a one-time 45-day extension for complex requests where permitted.
Complaints. You may complain to your local data-protection authority — but we would appreciate the chance first: contact waheed@yxydz.com and we will address it promptly.
8.Security
We apply measures proportionate to an ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 factory running a B2B inquiry desk:
- TLS (HTTPS) on the site and all forms, with HSTS where supported, on Hostinger infrastructure.
- Access-controlled mailbox (waheed@yxydz.com) and CRM with least-privilege access for the engineering / sales team.
- Unique nonces on forms, storage minimisation (only work email is required) and retention pruning per section 6.
- Payment instructions are verified against the stamped PI only — bank details are never changed by chat alone (see Terms section 3.2).
No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect a security issue or a misdirected inquiry, notify waheed@yxydz.com immediately. In the event of a personal-data breach likely to result in risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant authority and, where required, affected individuals within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.
9.Children
yxydz.com is a B2B industrial catalog for buyers, engineers and procurement teams. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact waheed@yxydz.com and we will delete it promptly. Student or researcher inquiries are handled under the same rules and retention as any other inquiry.

Material changes (e.g. new attribution methods or retention scope) will be highlighted at the top of this page, and a prior version is archived on request. Continued use of the site or submission of an inquiry after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy.
