What is the minimum order quantity?

Sample orders start from 10 pcs so you can validate fit and sealing before committing. Custom overmolded cables start at 100 pcs per length / color / logo, with cost tiers at 100 / 500 / 1k / 5k returned in the DFM.

How fast do you answer an RFQ?

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

Workmanship and materials for 12 months from shipment. Units failing within 15 days of arrival take the DOA fast lane — replaced within 48 hours without a return. Later claims are handled as RMA with a 48-hour 8D response.

Can I visit or audit the factory?
