Process
One project manager owns your file from STEP to shipment. Every gate ends with a sample, a report and a yes/no before money moves — and the line you audit is the line you ship from.
STEP / DWG / PDF, a photo or a competitor P/N — plus target IP, voltage, pin count, cable spec and annual quantity. NDA signed before your file is opened.
Engineer-marked DFM: draft angles, wall thickness, seal groove, pin pitch, material (PA66 / TPU / brass) and a cost-down alternative. Delivered as a 3D PDF.
3D print for fit plus soft-mold first articles. 100% continuity, CMM dimensional report and IPX7 immersion on the first pieces — 3–5 samples free.
50–500 pcs from hard tooling, serialized with lot codes. PPAP Level 2/3 and AQL 0.65 on request. You approve the pilot — we freeze the file.

Capabilities
A waterproof connector fails at the parting line, not on the datasheet. We own the geometry that matters — cavity, groove, pin and overmold — on our own machines, with lot-traced material.

Connector bodies, nuts, caps and seals in glass-filled PA66-GF30% (UL94 V-0), TPU cable glands and UV-grade PC — all molded in-house, de-flashed at the parting line.

Metal shells for offshore, high-vibration and EMC-shielded builds where plastic creeps: die-cast, CNC finished, Ni/Cr or black-zinc plated.
4 vertical presses · PUR / TPE / PVC
This is the IP68 guarantee: molded strain relief encapsulates the conductors — no hand-potted seam to crack. Front and rear overmold in one shot, tested as an assembly.

Wire harnesses, Y-splits, star and T-junctions, pre-wired potted junction boxes. Crimp force is monitored per terminal; UL1007 / 1015 / 2464, PUR and silicone flex on file.

Case Studies
Three recent OEM programs, same story: a waterproof failure on a trader-supplied part, re-engineered at the seal, groove and overmold — on our own tooling, at lower cost.
EU solar OEM. A trader Y-split leaked at 85 °C / 85% RH within six months outdoors. We rebuilt it as a PA66-GF30% T-body with dual-durometer overmold — hard core, soft wing, no hand potting — plus keyed anti-mis-mating ribs and laser lot codes per branch. TÜV-witnessed IP68 and 1,000h damp-heat passed; tool amortized in the first 15K sets.
Patient-monitor trolley maker was juggling a two-vendor kit — connector from one, cable from another — and saw 4% mismatch at install. We merged power 10 A, RS485 and shield ground into one overmolded LP20-4 tail with 1.2 m PUR: crimp, overmold and test on a single traveler, serialized bags, PPAP Level 3. DFM in 18h, prototype in 5 days, zero NCRs on first mass production.
Nordic aquaculture customer lost IP through shell pitting and wicking along the copper in seawater. Fix: zinc-alloy shell with Ni/Cr plating, double O-ring, gel-filled termination and water-blocked PUR with Kevlar pull-member; 316 stainless coupling nut and a field splice kit. Salt spray 96h + 500h plating mix, IP69K and a 10 bar / 30 min helium test on every lot.
