路灯不会在室内失效 — 而是失效在灯杆上

灯具在实验室可以通过 IP66，但在沿海公路经历两个冬天后仍可能渗水、腐蚀或松动。连接器就是最薄弱的那道密封 — 以下正是 YXY 圆形系列针对性解决的四种失效模式。

雨水与冷凝

Wind-driven rain at 80–100 km/h, pressure washing and daily thermal breathing (55°C day to 8°C night) pump humid air into non-sealed joints. Water wicks along stranded wire into the pole base and driver cavity — tripped breakers, flicker, shorted drivers.

腐蚀

Coastal salt fog, de-icing chloride and industrial SO₂ attack plated steel contacts in 48–96 h; brass pins oxidize and contact resistance climbs toward thermal runaway. Galvanic couples at dissimilar-metal junctions corrode fastest on the pole.

振动

An 8–12 m pole sways ±150 mm in wind; passing trucks add impulse gusts. Bayonet and push-fit joints work loose, contacts micro-fret and throw intermittent DALI faults. Threaded rings loosen further through thermal cycling.

紫外粉化

Up to 1,200 kWh/m² of UV per year chalks and micro-cracks non-stabilized nylon housings; the cracks become water tracks after Year 3 and expose live pins within 18 months on cheap ABS shells.

为什么快锁结构很重要

维护人员在高空作业、戴着手套、常常在夜间施工 — 在高空作业车上多待一分钟，就意味着多一份成本与安全风险。路灯接头应当一按即合，靠"咔哒"声确认密封，而不是靠扭矩扳手。

Timed trial: two electricians, 8 m pole, night shift — Shenzhen pilot, 120 poles. Across 200 poles the quick-lock section saved roughly 4.5 hours of lift time; a single luminaire re-work (truck, crew, lane closure) runs $180–$400.

Coastal highway LED street lights at dusk — **01 — 沿海公路 12 米高杆灯** 六车道沿海道路、340 根灯杆、盐雾区。灯杆底座内 LP20 3 芯 + 接地主电源，LP16 4 芯 DALI 调光至驱动器。运行 18 个月零漏水返修，而此前接线端子区段为 9 次。

Smart city boulevard with LED street lights and sensor poles — **02 — 智慧大道 8 米灯杆** Downtown retrofit, 180 poles with Zhaga Book 18 sensor and LoRa gateway. LP16 for driver power and dimming; RJ45 IP68 panel coupler for controller Ethernet with PoE to CCTV. One drilling template covered all poles.

Tunnel and underpass LED lighting installation — **03 — 隧道与下穿通道连续灯带** 1.2 km tunnel, 220 luminaires in continuous row, weekly high-pressure wash-down. Push-pull self-locking connectors for tool-free module swap, M12 loop for fire sensors. Wash test passed at 80 bar, 80°C after installation.
