• OEM color, laser marking or private label: 100 pcs per SKU (same mold, different resin or marking).

Yes. The rule is 10 pcs minimum per connector SKU and 50 sets minimum per harness type, and the mixed lines ship together on one proforma invoice and one carton set. A typical mixed trial order:

• YM20 2-pin power cable, 1 m, black — 20 pcs
• YM20 waterproof RJ45 CAT6A, 3 m, grey — 15 pcs
• M12 4-pin sensor cable, 0.5 m — 30 pcs

Mixing does not change unit price. For OEM colors we run same-resin batches together, so a mixed color order keeps the same lead time as a single-color one; across five colors expect a resin-lot color difference of ΔE ≤ 1.5, which we declare upfront.

Yes, three sample paths, all built on the same line and crimp tooling as mass production:

Every sample set includes one mated pair so you can verify locking force and sealing, plus a one-page QC note covering continuity, 500 V hi-pot and an IP spot check. Sample fees are credited against the first mass order of the same SKU.

All outdoor series are tested mated per IEC 60529, and datasheet ratings are lot-tested, not theoretical:

Sealing is a silicone gasket (Shore 50A) plus a PA66+GF30 bayonet with a dual O-ring cable gland; each lot is sampled with 2 kPa air-decay and immersion tests, and we can share your lot's soak video on request. One installer note: the rating is only valid mated and torqued to spec — torque values and cable OD ranges are printed on every datasheet.

• Housing / insulator: PA66 + 30% glass fiber, UL94 V-0, CTI ≥ 600 V. The UV-stabilized grade is rated for 5+ years of direct outdoor exposure.
• Shell / coupling nut: zinc alloy with nickel + Cr plating, 96 h neutral salt spray; stainless 316 on request.
• Kontakte: brass or phosphor bronze, gold-plated — 3 µ″ flash standard, 15 µ″ on data/RJ45, 30 µ″ for marine and high-mating (≥500 cycles) builds, with 50–80 µ″ nickel underplate. Contact resistance ≤3 mΩ power / ≤20 mΩ signal.
• Gaskets: silicone VMQ, −60 to +200 °C, compression set <15% after 70 h at 100 °C.
• Kabel: PVC / PUR / halogen-free TPE jacket, 99.99% OFC tinned copper, 20–24 AWG signal, 14–18 AWG power (up to 20 A per pin at 25 °C).

Operating range is −40 °C to +85 °C across the series, storage to +105 °C. All materials are RoHS 2.0 and REACH compliant with lot-level certificates of conformity.

We build to T568A or T568B per your BOM; the default is T568B unless you specify otherwise. Crossover is available. Every RJ45 assembly is 100% continuity-tested and Fluke-verified in sampling.

• CAT5e: 100 MHz, 1 Gbps — LED walls, CCTV, access control.
• CAT6: 250 MHz, 1 Gbps / short-run 10G — the volume seller for outdoor APs and solar monitoring.
• CAT6A: 500 MHz, 10GBASE-T, F/UTP or S/FTP shielded, 15 µ″ gold — industrial Ethernet and Starlink dish retrofits.
• PoE: IEEE 802.3af/at/bt up to 90 W (4PPoE), temperature-rise tested at ΔT < 25 °C.

Field-termination variants use a toolless IDC cap — no crimper, re-terminable up to five times on solid 23–24 AWG — with the same pinout as our factory-terminated ends so both can live on one run.

Customization is roughly 60% of our volume. Standard options:

• Length: any 0.2–30 m, tolerance ±15 mm + 1% (±10 mm up to 3 m).
• Farbe: any RAL / Pantone on housing, overmold and jacket — MOQ 100 pcs per color.
• Marking: laser-etched, pad-printed or molded-in logo; QR / serial / barcode for traceability.
• Pinout: power + signal + data in one shell (e.g. 2×20 A + 4 signal + CAT6A hybrid).
• Umspritzung: straight or right-angle with strain-relief bend restrictor, TPE or PUR.
• Mating: we tune the latch so YXY connectors mate with the field connector you already use — send the mating half or a STEP file.

A paper sketch is enough to start: our DFM team redraws it in SolidWorks and returns full 2D + 3D files within 24 hours.

DFM feedback within 24 hours; working prototypes in 5–7 days. The flow: send STEP / PDF / DXF / a photo of the mating part plus a BOM (we sign your NDA first if you want), and within one working day you get DFM notes on draft angle, sink, sealing surface and crimp height, an optimized BOM, 2D PDF with critical dimensions, a 3D STEP file, and unit plus tooling cost. Prototypes are CNC or SLA housings with hand-assembled harnesses, IP- and continuity-tested before shipping, with 1–2 free revision loops before tooling is cut. Delivered file set: native SolidWorks, STEP AP214, DWG/DXF and 3D PDF.

A recent example: a customer's 0.3 mm wall at the gland neck collapsed under installation torque in DFM review — we added a 0.4 mm rib and saved a post-tooling engineering change. This is why we insist on DFM before quoting a mold.

Yes. Tooling lead time is 15–25 days for PA66 housings (1–4 cavity), and the mold fee — typically US$800–3,000 — is amortized against your orders on a schedule printed on the proforma invoice: commonly 30% of the fee waived at 10K pcs and 100% at 30K pcs. Mold ownership stays with you; we warehouse and maintain it free of charge and sign a non-resale clause for that geometry. Anti-copy options include custom keying ribs, hidden laser micro-text and serialized labels.

If volume is still unproven, we recommend the soft-tooling path first: an aluminum mold at US$400–900 covering 500–2K pcs to validate the market before committing to steel.

For rolling orders we hold safety stock of housings and contacts, which cuts replenishment lead time by 30–40% — share the forecast and we pre-stage resin and cable; you pay only when goods are pulled. A 72-hour expedite on up to 500 pcs of stock models is possible with a 15% rush fee, air-freighted from Shenzhen.

Default terms are EXW our Dongguan factory or FOB Shenzhen; CIF and DDP are quoted on request. Freight options:

• Express: DHL / FedEx / UPS, 3–5 days worldwide, best under 100 kg; remote-area surcharges quoted upfront.
• Air: 5–7 days via SZX/HKG for 100–500 kg.
• Sea / rail: LCL or FCL via Yantian, 25–35 days to EU/US for pallet quantities.

Packing is anti-static bag + partitioned carton (ISTA-1A drop tested) + pallet wrap, labeled with PO, SKU, quantity, HS code (8536.69 / 8544.42), barcode and CE/RoHS marks. Every export shipment includes PI, CI, packing list, CoC, IP test summary and RoHS/REACH declarations; we can also ship under your forwarder's booking reference.

• Serienfertigung: T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment — pre-shipment photos and OQC video are sent with the balance invoice.
• Samples and small orders: PayPal accepted; PayPal's 4.4% processing fee is added to the invoice amount. Wise and Alibaba Trade Assurance also work.
• L/C at sight for orders ≥ US$30,000. Currencies: USD (default), EUR, CNY.

Proforma invoices are valid 15 days and pricing holds 30 days once the deposit lands. Tooling, freight and certification reissue each appear as separate line items — no bundled hidden costs. Repeat distributors move to 30/70 with 30-day open account after three clean orders.

12-month warranty from shipment date covering workmanship and IP sealing in proper mated, torqued use. A field failure reported with its batch code gets a root-cause analysis within 48 hours (8D report if you need it for your customer), and replacement stock ships before the defective lot comes back — return freight on us.

• IQC: resin lots, contact plating thickness (XRF), cable gauge and insulation, gasket hardness.
• IPQC: crimp height and pull force (≥60 N on 22 AWG), overmold adhesion, 100% continuity.
• OQC: 100% hi-pot 500 VAC, insulation ≥1000 MΩ at 500 VDC, 10% waterproof air-decay sampling (AQL 1.0), visual per IPC-A-620.

Every carton carries a lot card with date code and operator ID plus a certificate of conformity, so any claim traces back to a specific production lot the same day.

If a tender requires a certificate we do not yet hold (E-Mark, EN 45545, UL 1059 and similar), we run the test in 3–6 weeks with the cost quoted transparently and the report issued in your name.

Yes — the document pack is standard and free with every mass shipment: CoC/CoA per lot (material lots, plating thickness, crimp data), IP test summary with mated and unmated photos, RoHS and REACH declarations with SGS report numbers, HS codes, certificate of origin and CE declaration of conformity. Traceability runs from laser date-code to lot card to carton barcode, and we retain a golden sample per lot for two years for side-by-side comparison.

For automotive customers we support PPAP Level 3 — control plan, FMEA, MSA, dimensional report, material certs and capability study — typically delivered 10–12 days after the pilot run.
