1. General Agreement

Welcome to YXY Electronics. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging in business with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of YXY Electronics.

“YXY Electronics” refers to the company operating from Shenzhen, China. “Customer” refers to the entity or individual purchasing goods or services.

2. Products and Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in our product specifications, especially for our waterproof RJ45 and USB connectors. However, technical improvements may result in minor changes that do not affect the core functionality.
  • OEM/ODM Services: For custom manufacturing orders, a separate detailed specification sheet and contract may be required. Once regular production begins for custom items, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product or pricing information.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment must be cleared before shipment for all standard orders.

We accept secure payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers for larger wholesale orders. Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Global Shipping: We ship worldwide from our Shenzhen facility.

  • Lead Time: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Custom production lead times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
  • Customs & Duties: The customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees applicable in their country. We typically ship under Incoterms EXW or FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise arranged.
  • Shipping Delays: While we work with reliable carriers, YXY Electronics is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier operational issues.

5. Returns and Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our connectors.

  • 12-Month Warranty: All YXY Electronics products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Returns: Standard products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
  • Custom Items: Custom-manufactured (OEM/ODM) products are non-refundable unless they fail to meet the agreed-upon technical specifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of YXY Electronics. Unloading technical drawings or specifications for the purpose of reverse engineering or competitive manufacturing is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Shenzhen.
